Like every year the Pangsau Pass Winter Festival is going to happen at Nampong Arunachal Pradesh. As all of you are aware that the intention of the PPWF 2010 is to transcend geographical frontiers by revealing the enigma of amazing Arunachal, including that of mesmerizing Myanmar. It has become a wonderful medium to commemorate the glorious bygone eras of the many lively tribes of the serene state. In fact, the three years old mega event has been successfully scripting the triumphs of tribal heritage. Pangsau Pass Winter Festival has played a significant role to divulge state’s natural and cultural grandeur to the outer world. Many visitors are coming to the state during the festival time. This is only festival in the state which is being organized through Public-Private initiatives and became most popular event of the state in recent years. It was in 2007 when the PPWF commenced in a befitting manner with support from the indigenous sources and since then there was no looking back, because, each year it began to grow bigger and better. Finally, 2 years later in 2009, the Arunachal Pradesh Tourism department took PPWF under its wing.
In the present time the internet is the most powerful tool for knowledge and information. Hence organizers have launched a website www.amazingarunachal.com/ppwf2010 for the Pangsau Pass Winter Festival 2010 where tourist can get all information about festival and as well as about the state.
